Our poured sculptures are made over the course of several months. First, the model must be sculpted
…
Then a mold is made – a multi-day procedure involving careful math + measurement, and a patient hand.
...
Once all parts of the mold have set, a cast can be taken, and hand detailed, and hand-finished, and sealed, and mounted on or housed in local-milled cedar, walnut, pine or cherry.
All poured sculptures are made of Hydrostone and should be resilient outdoors if finished with concrete sealer.
Wooden houses have been sealed with linseed oil + may require periodic sealing.
Wood is real. 😊
